Samarth ERP Mobile APK provide service for register complaint, to solve customer complaint, Product installation process, demand Spare part if required, defective spare part forward to Service Department. Using APK user can able to track Geo location of product at customer’s place.Here Customer can add Complaint using Mobile APK. Engineer can upload product Installation photo, and able to see the details of Installation. Engineer can upload Before Image, After Image & Signed Report for multiple complaint and also for Preventive Maintenance. Engineer can demand Spare part to Service Department.Product Installation : Service engineer have to accept the assigned product installation process. Engineer have to upload photo and report after the installation of product.Customer Complaints :Service engineer have to accept the assigned Customer Complaint. Engineer have to visit the customer location to resolve the complaint. Engineer have to upload product photo and report of resolved complaint. If required any spare part at the time of resolving complaint, then he able to demand which spare part required. Service engineer can be able to send collected defective spare part to service department.Preventive Maintenance :For Preventive Maintenance process engineer have to visit the location. Engineer can able to see the PM according to pattern viz. Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly. Engineer has to upload product photo and report for assigned PM. If Engineer missed the PM visit, then it goes into Missed Card and in Defaulter Card after the defined period of time.
